Warranty Terms & Conditions

Our products come with 1 or 2 years warranty, for products bought directly from our website and for those purchased in our partners stores and they need to be registered on our website within 10 days after the purchase.
During the 2 years warranty, any manufacturing defects, falling apart pieces or stop functioning due to the device’s structure or damage of a part within the device, we will replace it free of charge. The warranty scope only refers to problems caused due to production quality. Warranty will not be applied in the following circumstances:

a) Damage caused by use, maintenance storage outside of the instructions within the user manual.
b) Damage caused due to incorrect operation.
c) Damage caused by using creams and other skincare on and at same time with the product.
d) Damage caused by inappropriate cleaning of the device.
e ) Damage caused by any misuse, water spillage, electrical shock, loss or damage during transportation by the customer.
f) Not having the purchase receipt. Please retain your original purchase receipt as warranty will not be valid without it. When contacting either the brand distributor or manufacturers for any warranty repair, please present the purchase invoice.

Our product’s warranty is not transferrable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product. The original purchaser will have to register the product on our website here: Register your product

Not registering your product in compliance with all our terms and conditions will entail the invalidity of the warranty.
We reserve the right to refuse warranty replacement if any of the above conditions were not respected by the customer and/ or also if any products were purchased in inconsistently with our terms and conditions.
